Four Count Breathing
This exercise is very simple and goes as follows:
- Breath in to the count of 4
- Hold your breath to the count of 4
- Breath out to the count of 4
- Hold you breath to the count of 4
So…
- Inhale-2-3-4
- Hold 2-3-4
- Exhale 2-3-4
- Hold 2-3-4
Simple as that!
