Before starting, please remember to do these exercises within your level of comfort. Start slow!
Wrist Circles
Move your wrist in a circular motion in clockwise and then in counterclockwise directions. Repeat with other wrist
Prayer Stretch and Reverse Prayer Stretch
Place the palms of your hands together to stretch the wrist as shown.
Place the back of your hands together to stretch the wrist as shown.
Wrist Extensor Stretch and Wrist Flexor Stretch
Take your left hand and bend your right hand down as shown. Keep your elbow straight. Repeat on other arm/hand.
Take your left hand and bend your right hand up as shown. Keep your elbow straight. Repeat on other arm/hand.
