Breathing Exercise 2: Four Count Breathing

Four Count Breathing

This exercise is very simple and goes as follows:

  • Breath in to the count of 4
  • Hold your breath to the count of 4
  • Breath out to the count of 4
  • Hold you breath to the count of 4

So…

  • Inhale-2-3-4
  • Hold 2-3-4
  • Exhale 2-3-4
  • Hold 2-3-4

Simple as that!
